 I come from a family with weight challenges and have learned to overcome them by exercising and eating right. Having three children of my own, I gained over 40 pounds with each pregnancy. Taking off the weight was not easy; but my knowledge and hard work paid off.  

I have succeeded in changing bodies and minds of many clients by inspiring them to make changes in their lives through goal setting, appropriate workout sessions, and teaching them to have good eating habits.

I design a personalized plan just for you. A plan that fits your specific fitness and nutritional goals and that fits your personal schedule.

Sometimes, unless we invest, we have a hard time sticking to a workout schedule or show up at all. But having me there to motivate you (even if you don't feel like working out) will make all the difference in sticking to a plan and staying motivated to continue with the program.

I will make sure that every workout is different to change your body properly and get you to reach your goals.

4. You don't know where to start and you're scared of getting injured:

Working with me to make sure that you are performing all exercises properly is very crucial when you first start a workout program. If you have an old injury it is important to work out in way that you don't re- injure yourself.
